Oasis of the Seas Day 6

What a rough night last night. The waves were terrible all night. I can only imagine what it would have felt like if we weren’t on the largest cruise ship sailing.

Today we went on the Living History: Mayan Traditions And Island Tour. This was a 3 ½ hour bus ride around Cozumel with stops at three different places. The first was a small Mayan reenactment camp where we got to sample some food and history and taste several varieties of tequila. At this stop we bought a bottle of flavor infused tequila and a shot glass. At the next stop we were on a beach in the eastern side of the island. Very nice so we decided to buy a sea shell wind chime. From there we were off to the Mayan ruins. This is a nice area with a beautiful Catholic Church built next the ruins. The church was built in 1847. From there it was back to the ship. Oh yeah. We didn’t buy anything at the last stop or on the pier. Not sure how that happened. Oh yeah. I lost my Fit bit now how am I going to count steps.

For the evenings entertainment we saw the comedy live show. There were two comedians and a host. All three were very funny and the show seemed like it was over before it had even begun. There needs to more shows like this.
